Endure, Endure, Endure
I am a lady, 5' 6", sophomore in college, weighing in at around 140 lb. I used to be 119 lb. during my cross country and track seasons back in high school, so that's what I am aiming for! I figured if I made a tumblr just to track my fitness and food intake I would hold myself more accountable. So, I shall be posting the music, pictures, and quotes that keep me going! Also, my eating/exercise habits. If you have any questions, feel free to ask!

My primary goals are:
Reclaim my old race weight of 119 lb., get back to running an 18 minute 5k, and hold on to the understanding that establishing healthy habits now will speak volumes of myself, as an individual, when I am older.

4 Steps to Get Back in Shape

I was not hungry at all, so I just got in an apple and some carrots with a shit ton of water. 

Getting ready for vacation part deux! Stoked beyond belief. Bringing my lap top with me this time. I don’t know about you guys, but I’ve never known how to eat healthfully with your food options being fast food/gas station food… It’s interesting, and things get very creative haha.
